Cocktail recipe: friday punch

There’s nothing worse than getting to the freezer after a long day and finding that you’re all out of ice. Unless of course, you find the grapes that you froze weeks ago and forget about.

I had intended to use them for an Eastern European porridge recipe, but they were quickly repurposed. Luckily, I’d already stocked up on the Sunday morning essential liquid vitamin C too.

The result was a refreshing and healthy drink to ease into the weekend with.



25ml gin
15ml vodka10ml peach cordial
Grapefruit juice
Orange juice
Dash of Peychaud’s
Squeeze of lime
Frozen grapes
