Cocktail Recipe: My rum punch

This is similar to a Voodoo, but with lemon instead of lime. This type of over-ice rum cocktail is perfect for a fun way to use leftover fruit juice.

35ml golden rum
35ml cloudy apple juice
15ml red vermouth
juice from half a lemon
angostura bitters

I made this by shaking the lemon, apple juice, vermouth and rum with lots of ice, and sprinkling a few drops of Angostura (anywhere from three to ten, depending on your taste) over the ice in the glass before pouring.
